# Fees & Pricing

Transparent, all-in pricing with no hidden surprises.

## **How Pricing Works**

At Houdini Swap, **the quote you see is all-in**.

We don't believe in "post-swap" fees. Every quote automatically accounts for:

* **Network (Gas) fees**
* **Bridge & Protocol fees**
* **Houdini routing commissions**

<Note>
  **What you see is what you get.**

  You never need to calculate fees separately; we do the math for you so the amount on your screen is the amount that lands in your wallet.
</Note>

## **Fees by Swap Type**

Costs vary depending on the complexity and privacy of your route:

* **Onchain Swaps:** Thousands of routes are queried simultaneously and we find whichever offers the best output. The rate you see already reflects competition across the market.
* **No Wallet Connect:** Houdini Swap finds the lower cost route across all exchange partners and the output amount shown is what you receive. Houdini Swap earns a commission back from each exchange post-swap, ensuring that the price you see is the best available price across all partner exchanges.
* **Private Swaps:** Our most premium service. Fees are approximately double the No Wallet Connect option because Private Swaps require two separate execution steps to fully break the on-chain link between wallets.

## **Market Movement & Slippage**

Because execution happens after a quote is generated, the final amount may vary slightly due to normal market volatility.

* **Onchain Protection:** Transactions revert if slippage exceeds your limit.
* **CEX Route Protection:** If prices move significantly during execution, the swap will automatically trigger a pause, and we will ask you whether to continue at the new rate or refund.

## **Summary at a Glance**

* **Hidden Fees:** None.
* **Subscription Fees:** None.
* **User Data Monetization:** Never.
* **Best Practice:** Always check the "Expected Receive" amount on your quote - that is your final price.
